There are unlimited possibilities for housing ideas on our little piece of ground. Since, we are taking our time and researching all of our options it's difficult to predict what we will end up building on our land. Before, we do anything we will need to research with the county regarding the rules, permits, and any limitations we might face. Our first piece of property is 2.38 acres and zoned single family. We intend to build in a way that predicts a possible subdivision in the future it would be nice to have a second home on the property.
Some of our options include:
- A double or triple wide manufactured home.
- A Pole Barn Home
- A Tiny House with a big Pole Barn for visitors.
- A custom built home.
Since we are just getting started with our transition out of the city on a five-year plan, it's going to give us a lot of time to research before we have to settle down and make our decision.
